WHY DID YOU CHOOSE UNT Health COLLEGE OF PUBLIC HEALTH?
I chose the UNTHSC College of Public Health because several of my colleagues attended
and spoke very highly of their experiences, which inspired me to learn more. I also
noticed that many professionals in the roles I aspire to hold are UNT graduates, which
speaks volumes about the quality of education and training offered here. I’m truly
excited to begin my journey at UNTHSC and build the skills to make a meaningful impact
in public health.
HOW DO YOU PLAN ON APPLYING THE KNOWLEDGE YOU GAIN TO YOUR FUTURE CAREER?
I plan to use what I learn at UNTHSC to advance health equity by connecting underserved
communities with the resources, education, and support they need. I want to raise
awareness of the barriers they face and work toward sustainable solutions that ensure
everyone has access to quality healthcare.
