Applied Patho/Pharm Capstone Project will task students with applying their knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology to develop comprehensive medication management plans to reduce patient harm and improve medication adherence. They will synthesize patient diagnoses, comorbidities, psychosocial factors, and drug characteristics to apply evidence-based interventions, innovative strategies, and interprofessional collaboration to real-world patient scenarios. The project presentations will demonstrate their ability to deliver safe, professional, and ethical care to patients across the lifespan. |
