Registered Student Organizations
What are Registered Student Organizations?
All students are encouraged to enrich the UNT Health community and their personal development by getting involved on campus. One way to get involved is to join a registered student organization (RSO). Many RSOs on the UNT Health campus represent a variety of interests within the health professions community. These groups are organized into Student Government Associations, Student Classes, and Student Organizations. In cooperation with the Center for Student Life, UNT Health sponsors programs and activities that promote the intellectual, professional, moral, social, physical, and emotional development of all students. These organizations provide students with leadership opportunities at the local, regional, and national levels. There are over 140 active student organizations and 7 student government bodies on campus; new organizations are continuously accepted in accordance with UNT Health's new student organization policies and procedures.
