This is Whole Health: Veda Womack
“In my role as an educator, my experience in promoting Whole Health is most evident
in my guidance and mentorship of students. When addressing the topic of time management,
I consistently emphasize the significance of incorporating self-care, spiritual well-being
and physical health into their lives. I encourage them to begin by identifying activities
they genuinely enjoy and then assist them in finding dedicated time slots in their
schedules to prioritize these aspects. I also make it a point to inform students about
the financial resources available from the school, acknowledging the importance of
their financial well-being, which can often have a significant impact on their overall
state of health. Additionally, I offer them access to a network of Care Team resources
to support their mental health as they navigate the unique phases of their Master
of Physician Assistant Studies journey.”
