Welcome to the Office of the TCOM Associate Dean for Research
Research plays an important role in our clinical and education practices. Our vision
is to foster collaborative research initiatives in which basic, translational, and
clinical researchers work together across disciplines and specialties to discover
fundamental insights into human health and disease and to apply their discoveries
to develop new diagnostic tools and treatments.
Our office aims to provide our students with a meaningful research-based educational experience so they become exemplary clinicians and informed consumers of medical research outcomes in the practice of evidence-based medicine. We are guided by our values and are available to serve you with respect and integrity in the spirit of collaboration so that we can create innovative solutions in the pursuit of excellence, thus setting the stage for world-changing discoveries.
