The Center for Older Adults offers Coaching for Caregivers, a one-on-one coaching program focused on individual caregiver physical and emotional health and well-being. The program does not teach caregiving skills. 

How can I qualify?

  • Be a resident of Tarrant County
  • Be a caregiver for someone with dementia
  • Complete four required forms for the program sponsor. All information is confidential

  • A supportive space focused on you
  • Forward-looking and action-oriented
  • Practical and realistic
  • Coaching is not therapy and does not replace licensed mental health care

Format: 1-on-1 individual coaching  
Session Length: 60-90 minutes
