Congratulations to the Clinical Research Management Class of 2026 Clinical Research Management. These graduates completed their internships, defended their work and tackled some truly impressive projects along the way. Here’s a closer look at what they accomplished:

  • Omega Abera successfully completed and defended her clinical research internship practicum under the mentorship of Dr. Stephen Mathew.
    Internship site: Baylor Scott & White Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center in Dallas
    Project title: “TIRADS and Resected Surgical Pathology: A Retrospective Analysis of the Correlation Between the Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System (TIRADS) and Pathology in Thyroidectomy Patients at Baylor University Medical Center.”
  • Olamide Elizabeth Olayinka successfully completed and defended her clinical research internship practicum under the mentorship of Dr. Stephen Mathew.

    Project title: “Racial/Ethnic Differences In the Trajectory of Urinary Function and Recovery Following 5-Fraction Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy in High-Risk Prostate Cancer Patients.”
