Dr. David Siderovski recognized as an AI innovator
Dr. David Siderovski, professor of Pharmacology and Neuroscience, was named to Dallas
Innovates’ AI 75 Class of 2025. The list recognizes the top artificial intelligence
innovators in Dallas-Fort Worth in seven categories including AI Academics, where
Siderovski was highlighted as a Treatment Trailblazer.
The publication noted Dr. Siderovski’s use of AI and machine learning in biomedical research including an NIH-funded project that employed AI virtual screening to identify inhibitors for a protein implicated in glaucoma and another project that applied AI models to identify potential inhibitors for a protein associated with opioid addiction.
