WHY DID YOU CHOOSE UNT Health COLLEGE OF PUBLIC HEALTH?
The MPH at UNTHSC-CPH has a distinctive curriculum and approach. The department promises
new insight into managing public health and fosters a deeper understanding of the
health sector’s dynamic challenges. As an international medical graduate from India,
the education at the prestigious UNTHSC will prepare me to manage the unique challenges
of Public Health.
HOW DO YOU PLAN ON APPLYING THE KNOWLEDGE YOU GAIN TO YOUR FUTURE CAREER?
I aspire to collaborate with medical faculty within reputable healthcare services
as an epidemiologist. I would utilize epidemiological principles and statistical analysis
to identify risk factors and healthcare needs for targeted populations, enhancing
care quality. In the long term, I aim to pursue higher education and transition into
academia, sharing my passion for epidemiology through teaching.
