Kaitlyn Page is a Recruiter with the University of North Texas System Human Resources team, where she supports departments in hiring talented staff and faculty. She manages full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, hiring process guidance, and compliance support. Kaitlyn joined the UNT System in 2026 and brings more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and compliance within the healthcare industry.
