Kaitlyn Page is a Recruiter with the University of North Texas System Human Resources team, where she partners with hiring managers across the university to attract and hire top talent. She provides full-cycle recruiting support for a wide range of staff and faculty positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, selection, compliance reviews, and recruitment strategy. Kaitlyn joined the UNT System in 2026 and brings more than a decade of experience in recruitment, talent operations, and compliance within the healthcare industry. She is passionate about building strong partnerships with departments, enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, and helping teams connect with exceptional talent.
