As a Compensation Analyst for UNT System, LaTashea partners with leadership and campus HR teams to promote fair, equitable, and university compliant pay structures.
Ms. Curtis’ broad HR knowledge spans across multiple industries i.e. Private equity firms, Software Tech, Healthcare, Federal, State and City government sectors, Education and Manufacturing.
Outside of spreadsheets and numbers, LaTashea likes to read, is an avid trivia enthusiast and enjoys trying out local farmers markets for the best/fresh locally sourced products.
