Q. How do I register for classes?

A.  The Registrar and Student Records Office enrolls new MSLS students after they accept their offer and are matriculated in the UNT Health system.

NOTE: This process may be delayed if there is a hold on a student’s account (e.g., meningitis, immunization, transcript, Student Financial Obligation Agreement, etc.). If a hold exists, it should be visible in the student portal.

Q.  How do I get tech support?

A.   For issues or requests regarding Canvas, Respondus LockDown Browser, PeerWise, or Mediasite, please email canvas@unthealth.edu.

For other technology support needs, please contact the UNT Health Helpdesk

Q.  How can I find my student ID?

A.  When you sign in to your myHSC portal, you will see a number of tiles, one of which is labeled "Profile." There should be an 8-digit number at the bottom of this tile; that is your ID number.
