Faculty and Staff Giving

Our faculty and staff are the cornerstone of this institution!  The Employee Giving Campaign — Together We Give, Together We Thrive — is an opportunity for faculty and staff to support the institution’s mission and current initiatives through charitable giving.

Why give?

Faculty and staff giving sets a powerful example for our students and alumni, demonstrating a shared commitment to UNT Health’s values and goals, encouraging others to give back as well. Your support enhances programs and offers students’ support.

The focus of faculty and staff giving is participation. Every gift, no matter the size, fuels the extraordinary work happening at UNT Health! 

When do I give?

While there is a dedicated effort in the spring of each year, gifts can be made year-round.  Any gift made by a faculty or staff member outside the designated campaign period, typically the month of April, will be counted toward the following year’s campaign.

How much should I give?

The employee campaign is all about participation. You are encouraged to give at a level that is right for you. All gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Why should I give through payroll deduction?

When you give through payroll deduction, you can often have a greater impact. Monthly payroll deduction allows you to spread your gift out over an entire year. For example, $10 per month will provide a $120 impact!

One-time gifts also have a significant impact and may be made online or by personal check.

What is the Employee Campaign Task Force?

The Employee Campaign Task Force is a dedicated group of employees who help champion the annual campaign. If you have questions about the campaign, reach out to one of the current members.

Where should I designate my gift?

You should give to an area that is most important to you. Employees can donate to any existing fund. Below is a list of funds that are most often supported.  If you don’t see what you’re looking for, contact Institutional Advancement.
