UNT Health Brain Health Study for Caregivers
The Self-Management Program for Brain Health will support participants to make lifestyle changes that will promote brain health and cognitive functioning. A combination of health coaching, targeted assessment with feedback, and education will be used to provide a personalized approach to addressing brain function and health, empowering participants to self-manage their participation. This study is for caregivers or individuals who do not have a dementia diagnosis.

Dealing with Dementia
Dealing with Dementia workshop provides caregivers with insights about dementia caregiving, including problem-solving, practical strategies on daily challenges, and self-care. Participants will receive the "Dealing with Dementia Guide," an extensive 360-page manual designed for caregivers.

Caregiving Help For Veterans: The Veteran Options Navigator Program
For veterans age 60 or older or with a disability, a dedicated Veterans Specialist provides case management, home visit support and outreach, and help applying for Veterans Administration financial assistance for services needed to live at home. This specialist works for the Area Agency on Aging's Aging and Disability Resource Center.
