The Facilities Customer Service Center is responsible for processing work request in response to the needs of the UNT Health community.
To process your request and follow-up, we will need:
- Specific location (building, floor, room)
- Description of problem or source of issue
- Name as listed in directory, phone number and email address
- Department name and school
For facilities – related emergencies
- Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Call Facilities at 817-735-2181.
- For after hours, call UNT Health Police non-emergency line at 817-735-2210

- Flood
- Sewer back up
- Leaks
- Power outages
- Lock out
- Elevator issues
