Achieving a world of optimal brain health for all.

ITR Team at Alzheimer's Walk in Fort Worth, Texas
We want to understand the biology of the brain, how the brain works, and why the brain is different in some people compared to others. We explore how various factors impact the brain, and how to ensure the medical community can treat each person in the best way possible. To achieve our why and our goal of precision health for everyone, we have set world records by enrolling over 5,000 participants, who we call our partners. We also invested in a state-of-the-art Clinical Research Center where scientists worldwide can utilize research data to collaborate and develop innovative ways to enhance brain health.
