Mission

The mission of the Room Scheduling Office is to maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling information, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of classes, meetings, and events scheduled at UNT Health.

Room Scheduling Priority

The Room Scheduling Office assigns space in the priority order listed below:

1. Academic Classes (Classroom Space)

2. Administrative/Academic meetings

3. UNT Health Campus Events

4. UNT Health Departmental Events/Meetings

5. UNT Health Sponsored External Events

6. Non UNT Health Events 

Room Scheduling Request Cycle:

Rooms on campus are scheduled by semesters:

Spring: January - May

Summer: June and July

Fall: August - December
