The facilities of UNT Health Fort Worth at Fort Worth are intended to be used to the fullest in keeping with the purposes of the institution -- education, research, patient care and community service. Use of space is coordinated to attain maximum benefits to UNT Health community. Please see 15.102 Facilities Use Policy for complete detail.
Classroom and Event Technology Support (CETS): For audiovisual (AV) support, requests may be submitted through EMS at the time of your room reservation.
Please note that CETS does not provide support on weekends or holidays. A technician will not be available during these times unless arrangements are made at least 10 business days in advance of your event.

Facilities Management Event Set-up: Departments are responsible for coordinating event set-up for internal events through Facilities Management. If your event requires tables, chairs or other equipment, please submit a request at least 10 business days in advance through this Facilities Work Order link located on UNT Health Connect.
Furniture Do Not move or remove furniture from the room(s) or building(s). All furniture must remain as is.

Food and Room Clean Up:
Food and Catering Items
All items, including leftover food, drinks, trays and catering materials must be removed
from the room at the conclusion of the meeting. If the caterer has not arrived by
the end of your meeting, the department is responsible for taking the items with them
and coordinating directly with the caterer for pickup.
Trash Removal
Departments are responsible for disposing of any meeting trash. If a meeting or event
will generate a large amount of trash, please submit a work order in 5 business days in advance for trash removal and ensure that the pickup is scheduled to occur before
the next meeting or event scheduled in the room.
Room Clean-Up
Rooms should be left in the same condition in which they were found. Please remove
food items, dispose of trash, and clear tables and surfaces before leaving the space.
Custodial services do not provide post-meeting or event clean-up.
It is the department's responsibility to clean the room after the meeting/event by
removing all items, food and making sure the table is clean. Please be considerate
for the next group that will be using the room after your event.
Parking on Campus If you have outside guests attending an event on campus, please contact UNT Health Parking by emailing parking@unthealth.edu at least 10 business days prior to the event for parking information and guidelines. UNT Health Campus Map

Alcohol on Campus
Alcohol is permitted at events held after 5:00 p.m.; however, prior approval is required. Please submit the Alcohol Request Form to the Room Scheduling Office at rooms@unthsc.edu for approval. Requests should be submitted at least 10 business days in advance to allow for approval routing and sufficient time to schedule the Police Department staff if needed.
