Care Team is UNT Health's non-clinical case management group focused on providing students access and information to campus and community resources that best fit the student's needs.

The Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA) requires institutions of higher education to establish policies that address unlawful possession, use, or distribution of alcohol and illicit drugs. The DFSCA also requires the establishment of a drug and alcohol prevention program (DAAPP).

Students, faculty, and staff may request information about the Drug Free Schools and Campuses Review by contacting the Division of Student Affairs at 817-735-2505. The full report is located HERE.
UNT Health students have FREE, 24/7 access to virtual care services with TimelyCare — the virtual health and well-being platform designed for college students. Students do not need insurance to access TimelyCare services.

Do you need a private space on campus for you to take your telehealth appointment? Limited space is available on campus, Monday-Friday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
To reserve a space on campus for telehealth appointments, please email studaffr@unthealth.edu with the date and time of your appointment with at least 48-hours' notice. Last-minute or day-of requests may not be accommodated.
Confidentiality is a priority of ours to ensure your comfort. You will receive a confirmation email from studaffr@unthealth.edu once a room has been reserved that includes instructions for where to go and what to do when you get there. If you have any questions, please contact Student Affairs at studaffr@unthealth.edu.

Fort Worth's Glass House program offers in-person, hybrid, and remote group sessions. Their mission is rooted in providing welcoming and reliable resources and guidance for anyone on their journey towards recovery.

MHA has national and local resources focused on guiding members towards the shared goal of recovery.
FreeRehabCenters.org is a comprehensive directory of free addiction treatment programs
across the US.
Their directory includes a wide range of free rehab programs, including inpatient,
outpatient, and residential programs.
They also offer information on how to qualify for free rehab and what to expect from
treatment.
Free rehab is available to everyone, regardless of income or insurance status.
A confidential and anonymous resource for people seeking treatment for mental and substance use disorders in the United States.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is a national resource. It houses resources, guides, and information for supporting yourself or a loved one on the road to recovery.
