The Faculty Senate
The Faculty Senate represents our faculty concerning issues that pertain to the institution. The Senate is comprised of faculty who shall endeavor to advance the welfare of the institution. Senators are charged with bringing issues from the schools, from which they are elected to the Senate, and informing their respective schools and faculty about issues being considered by the Senate.

Meetings
The Faculty Senate meets on the second Friday of each month from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. in LIB 400. The meetings are open to all employees of the UNT System and the public.
