*All membership dues are paid via debit/credit card only. Checks are not accepted.

**The 1 month $25 membership fee is for single month UNT Health memberships and does not apply to payroll deduction memberships**

*Community memberships apply to all those not affiliated with the University, i.e., those who are not UNT Health employees, alumni, retirees, etc.*

*Guests can sign up for a 3 Use Pass for free.*
