Earth Day 2026: Choose to Reuse

UNT Health Sustainability has hosted an Earth Day Celebration since 2013 as we work towards a healthy planet and healthy people. This year, our Earth Day Fair is on Tuesday, April 21st from 3 to 5:30PM in the MET Field. Highlights include:
- Free food and giveaways
- E-waste recycling, paper shredding, clothing swap, and book/puzzle drive
- Interactive booths and activities
- NEW THIS YEAR: Old branded item swap, craft supply swap, and clothing/shoe recycling (for items that are beyond reuse)
Click on the drop-down menus to learn how to get involved this year.
The Earth Day Fair on Tuesday, April 21st will highlight opportunities for reuse through a series of “swap” activities. Collection for these swaps will begin in mid-April (more details will be made available in late-March).
