Get a Plot
The Community Garden has 35 raised garden beds (12' x 4') that are managed by individuals, groups and families. Gardeners do not need to be affiliated with the university to participate.
Plot Options and Fees
- Seasonal Plot: January 1–June 30 or July 1–December 31 — $30 per six-month period
- Year-Round Plot: January 1–December 31 — $40 per year
If a plot is available, gardeners may register and begin managing a plot at any time during the year.
Current gardeners in good standing who wish to keep their plot for the following year must re-register by Dec. 15. Plots not renewed by that date will be made available to new gardeners.
All gardeners are required to review and sign the current Community Garden Guidelines & Agreement which outlines the expectations and responsibilities of maintaining a plot. Garden communications are conducted primarily through email.
Before beginning, all new gardeners must meet with a garden representative for an orientation to the garden and its practices.
