Each plot is managed by a student, employee or community as an individual or group of people. Each week during the growing seasons, we donate a portion of ripe produce to a local food bank or the UNT Health Student Food Pantry. Currently in 2026, we are donating to the student pantry every Wednesday by 10 a.m. in the Student Service Center. To date, the garden has donated more than 2,500 pounds of organically grown produce!
