Computer Support

  • The Helpdesk accepts walk-ins during our usual office hours. Please make sure to have your data backed up to OneDrive before bringing your laptop in for repairs.
  • Remote assistance is also available during our office hours. Please emails us with the tag number on your computer and a brief explanation of the issue, and we can setup a time to remote in.
  • If your computer needs to remain at the Helpdesk for diagnostics or repairs, you can check out a loaner laptop from CETS located within LIB 202.

Password Information

Use the Account Management System (AMS) to make password changes.

The AMS web page is available for UNT Health Students, Faculty and Staff to change passwords, unlock accounts and reset a forgotten password. Changing your password through AMS will change your UNT Health Network ID password, EIS password and Outlook password. It will not change your Nextgen password.
