Publishing and Submitting Your Content
How the Workflow and Publishing Process Works
Modern Campus uses a two-server system to keep your unfinished work private. All edits and new pages are made on the Staging Server, while the public-facing website lives on the Production Server. This setup allows you to build and refine your content without visitors seeing it before it’s ready.
Instead of publishing directly, your changes will move through an Approval Workflow. Once you finish your edits, you will submit the page for review. After your content is approved by the designated reviewer, it will be published to the live site. Following a successful publish, you will receive a confirmation message with a live link to the page (or an error message if the process was unsuccessful).
