Who We Are
At UNT Health, contracts and agreements must be signed only by institutional officials who have been formally delegated signature authority by the President. Faculty, staff, departments and institutes are not permitted to enter into agreements that legally bind the institution.
The Contracts Team within the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) oversees the review and negotiation of all research‑ and sponsored project–related agreements for UNT Health.

Our goal is to support Principal Investigators and research administrators by ensuring agreements are accurate, compliant and aligned with institutional, state and federal requirements.
