Hydroponic Gardens

With funds from the Sustainable Campus Fee, UNT Health Sustainability purchased two indoor hydroponic gardens to grow healthy, fresh produce for our students. The gardens, Crop Top and Holy Kale, are located in the Operations Building and managed by Sustainability. We donate produce to the Student Food Pantry, Library 1st floor, each Wednesday morning along with produce from the UNT Health Community Garden.
