Spiritual Health
Spiritual Health honors the inner life—our beliefs, values, purpose, and sense of connection. It’s about being mindful of what gives each person meaning, whether through faith, creativity, service, nature, or personal reflection. Supporting spiritual well-being means making space for people to explore what grounds them and fuels their hope.

Overall positive associations between blue space exposure and well-being; many studies show reduced stress, increased mood, improved subjective mental health in those exposed to blue spaces more frequently.
